基地简介：2024年11月，依托国家集成电路学院建设的“先进接口IP”工程研究中心获得教育部立项，周健军教授任中心主任。工程中心将以产业发展需求为牵引，依托学校国家集成电路学院，与行业龙头企业长鑫存储、澜起科技、上海集成电路研发中心等深度合作，基于国产工艺，研究的面向新型互联技术的高性能先进接口IP，包括括低延时高能效片间传输，高带宽数据存储接口、高速通用数据传输接口、接口IP核集成与验证等研究方向，涵盖HBM、PCIe、DDR和UCIe等接口协议的关键技术。工程中心将通过技术创新，助推国内IP技术发展成熟，支撑自主工艺IP产品研发，为国内先进接口IP发展提供人才和技术储备。
Approved by China's Ministry of Education in November 2024, the Advanced Interface IP Engineering Research Center operates under the National Institute of Integrated Circuits with Professor Jianjun Zhou as Director. To address critical industrial needs, the Center will collaborate with leading enterprises - including ChangXin Memory Technologies (CXMT), Montage Technology, and Shanghai Integrated Circuit Research and Development Center - to develop high-performance interface IP based on domestic semiconductor processes. Core research focuses on next-generation interconnection technologies encompassing ultra-low-latency inter-chip interfaces, high-bandwidth memory interfaces, high-speed universal data transmission, and IP core integration/verification, targeting key protocols such as HBM, PCIe, DDR, and UCIe. Through technological innovation, the Center aims to accelerate the maturation of China's IP ecosystem, support proprietary process - based IP development, and cultivate talent pipelines with foundational technologies for advanced domestic interface IP solutions.
